Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and hbdd ("hbdd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hbdd website at hbdd.bet and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and the hbdd customer account system. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the hbdd platform, including residents of Bangladesh accessing hbdd services via mobile browser on Android or iOS devices. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the hbdd platform. hbdd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use an hbdd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the full duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hbdd enforces a strict 21+ policy across all services without exception.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of participating in games or betting markets.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of hbdd is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be opening an account solely on your own behalf and must not register more than one account on hbdd. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme and must not have previously been excluded from hbdd.

hbdd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point, including during the registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the period specified by hbdd may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on hbdd. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. hbdd will never ask you to disclose your password by email, SMS, or any other channel.

• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — constitutes a breach of these Terms and is grounds for permanent account closure.
• Each mobile number may be used to register only one hbdd account. Attempts to register multiple accounts using the same number, different numbers, or different devices will be treated as a violation and may result in all associated accounts being closed with balances forfeited.
• You must notify hbdd immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. hbdd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure.
• hbdd may suspend or close an account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the terms of registration have been breached, that fraudulent activity is occurring, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbdd does not maintain USD-denominated accounts for Bangladesh players. The BDT amount visible in your account is the exact amount available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

Deposits and Withdrawals

hbdd supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players. All transactions are processed in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees on hbdd's side; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction fees independently of hbdd.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where practicable or treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). hbdd may request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. hbdd reserves the right to request an alternative withdrawal method if the original method is unavailable.
• Any funds suspected to have been deposited through fraudulent means or in connection with money laundering will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation substantiates the suspicion.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

hbdd offers a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions. Where a specific bonus has additional conditions, those are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated at the time of the offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and can be used on eligible games as specified in the individual offer. Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement; game-specific contribution rates are detailed in the offer terms.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new players on their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method including bKash or Nagad number.
• hbdd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any suspected abuse of the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings.
• Bonus funds and real funds held in the same account are treated separately. Real funds are used first when placing bets unless the player designates otherwise or the platform specifies a different order for a particular promotion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbdd. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or manipulation of game outcomes through technical means.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the hbdd platform to obscure the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule, including by sharing devices, payment methods, or IP addresses for that purpose.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of automated play that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain credits, wins, or advantages not intended by the platform design. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your hbdd account, whether knowingly or through negligence in securing your login credentials.

hbdd employs monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of play, account activity, and financial transactions. Where prohibited activity is suspected, hbdd may freeze the affected account immediately and conduct an internal investigation before determining the appropriate action, which may include account closure and referral to law enforcement.

Responsible Gaming

hbdd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at any time directly from account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount of BDT they can deposit into their hbdd account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: players may set a maximum duration for each play session. An alert is displayed when the limit is reached, and the session is terminated automatically if the player does not intervene.
• Self-exclusion: players may request temporary (1 week to 6 months) or permanent exclusion from hbdd. During an exclusion period, the account is suspended and deposits are blocked. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any hbdd content without prior written permission from hbdd.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbdd's liability to you is limited as follows:

• hbdd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even where hbdd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• hbdd does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, and third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
• In no event will hbdd's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to hbdd in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

hbdd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at hbdd.bet/privacy-policy. By registering on hbdd, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hbdd uses SSL encryption across all platform pages and does not sell your personal data to third parties. Amendments to These Terms

hbdd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
